Csaba Komjathy

Csaba is the Market Leader for Hungary Consulting services. He is also heading the Enterprise, Technology & Performance at Deloitte Central Europe. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous system implementation and business transformation projects, where he worked as an implementation project sponsor and quality assurance, and previously managed various areas of implementation. He has led several system implementations, IT cost benchmarking, IT due diligence, feasibility, vendor selection, IT Risk and Compliance and SAP Authorization projects, primarily in the banking, utility and pharma sectors in Hungary.

• Csaba is the leader of the regional Enterprise Technology & Performance team (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan, IT Strategy), as well as the leading partner of Hungarian consulting.
• He has experience in system implementation in financial institutions, pharmaceutical industry, and the energy sector.
• Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous system implementation and business transformation projects, where he worked as an implementation project sponsor and quality assurance, and previously managed various areas of implementation.
• He participated in projects such as SAP GRC implementation, selection of document management tools, and development of quality assurance processes using process mining tools.
