Baris serves as Deloitte’s Global AI Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry and also leads a national U.S. portfolio of Technology, AI & Data Strategy services. In these roles, he focuses on helping clients harness AI as a driver of growth, transformation, and competitive advantage, while shaping Deloitte’s strategy and offerings at the intersection of technology, data, and business value.
With over 20 years of experience as a technology strategist in the TMT industry, Baris has successfully guided clients through business transformation enabled by data-driven strategies and intelligent technology investments. His track record includes leading large-scale, complex programs focused on maximizing returns on technology assets, unlocking the value of data, and scaling AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Before joining Deloitte in 2012, Baris spent over a decade in the wireless communications industry, where he held a range of leadership roles across research and development, network design and operations, and large account management. His global experience advising clients and delivering transformative programs has been a cornerstone of his success in driving innovation and measurable value for organizations.
