Anna Miks is the Head of Competition of Deloitte Legal Hungary. She is an attorney-at-law, member of the Budapest Bar Association.
Anna graduated from the ELTE Faculty of Law in 2002. She further broadened her expertise through advanced EU and competition law studies at the Swedish Lunds Universitet and at the European Commission’s Directorate General Competition as a trainee. Anna has worked at the Hungarian Competition Authority as a case-handler and as a member of the Competition Council before joining Deloitte Legal in 2017 and has more than 20 years of professional experience.
Anna specializes in competition, consumer protection and European law. She has extensive experience in representation in competition supervision proceedings, in the introduction of compliance programs, in the handling of notification and other competition law issues related to mergers. She provides everyday counseling for multinational companies and SMEs active in various business areas. She is a frequent speaker and has written several articles in competition law and consumer protection subjects. She speaks fluent English.
