Adelina is heading the FSI practice of Deloitte Legal Law Firm. She got on board in December 2014. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member of the banking & finance team of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP – Bulgarian Branch. Adelina is a Bulgarian qualified lawyer (a graduate from the Faculty of Law in the Sofia University) and a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2009. Adelina has over 15 years of post-qualification experience in transactional and regulatory banking and finance, corporate and commercial work, both on a local and international level. She has expertise also in specific regulatory topics such as crypto service providers, including requirements in respect of AML, capital requirements, recovery and resolution, bail in, internal governance, operational resilience, AI, sustainability and digital finance.
