Cindy has been with the Cayman Islands firm for 27 years, and is a partner in the audit practice specializing in alternative investment funds. She is responsible for our firm’s cross-border audit practice, dealing with Deloitte member firms worldwide who have clients with funds registered in the Cayman Islands under the Mutual Funds Act.
Dale specializes in alternative investment funds and insurance vehicles. He has over 26 years of public accounting experience, having worked in our Canadian firm and in the Cayman Islands.
Francois is a Partner in Audit and Risk Advisory, with more than 25 years' experience with Deloitte. He has worked in Canada, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, where he focuses on alternative investment funds, banks, trusts, fund administrators, and structured finance entities.
Odette has 25 years’ public accounting experience, with 22 years specializing in the alternative investment management industry. She provides audit and assurance services to a diverse client base by serving both emerging and large asset managers, fund administrators and private banks.
With over 19 years' experience in the industry, Serge serves a diverse set of hedge funds, fund-of-funds, private equity funds and structured finance clients. He oversees Deloitte’s business development group, assisting investment advisors in structuring and establishing new alternative investment vehicles.
Laurie is an audit partner with Deloitte Cayman Islands. Laurie has more than 20 years of professional experience with Deloitte, having worked for Deloitte Canada prior to joining Deloitte Cayman. She specializes in the provision of assurance and advisory services to private investment funds and other Cayman-based financial services entities.
Mike is a partner in the Audit Department of the Cayman Islands firm. He is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant with over 23 years' public accounting experience working in the financial services industry, in both Canada and in the Cayman Islands. Mike has been with Deloitte in the Cayman Islands for over 17 years, where he specializes in audits of alternative investment companies.
Daniel has over 19 years of experience in public accounting with Deloitte, in both the Cayman Islands and USA. He serves a variety of alternative investment companies, including hedge funds, private equity, unit trusts, and fund administration businesses and is a member of the Cayman audit practice’s technical group.
John has 14 years of experience in public accounting with Deloitte, including the last 12 years with Deloitte Cayman Islands focusing on the investment management sector. He leads audits of various financial services clients, including hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, private equity funds and banks. John largely focuses on leading alternative investment fund audits for a Global Crown Jewel client.
John has over 20 years of experience in public accounting with Deloitte, in both the Cayman Islands and Canada. As a Partner in the Audit group at Deloitte, John focuses on investment fund and insurance audits, with special focus on maximizing the efficiency and quality of the audit process through the application of technology.
Lawrence is a Partner in the audit and assurance division and has over 14 years of experience in public accounting with Deloitte. Justin is a South African Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in public accounting at Deloitte, both in South Africa and, for the last 10 years, in the Cayman Islands. He has a broad skillset and extensive experience in the financial services industry and specializes in audits of funds and companies in the investment management and investment administration sectors.
Rod is a director in our audit practice with over 20 years of experience with Deloitte in the alternative investment industry, including 6 years with the Boston office of our United States firm. He has presented numerous technical updates to local service providers and for the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.
Taylor has over 10 years of audit experience in the alternative investment industry, including 2 years with the New York office of Deloitte. He serves a variety of alternative investment companies, including hedge fund, fund-of-fund and private equity clients.
