The World Economic Forum (WEF) hosted a Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 27-29 April 2024 . It brought together leaders from all public and private sectors and industries from around the region and world. The meeting aimed to bridge the growing North-South divide, which has further widened on matters such as emerging economic policies, the energy transition and geopolitical shocks.
Deloitte leaders engaged in discussions on global challenges and connected with public and private sector leaders to help shape a more equitable and resilient global economy.
As a long-standing key Strategic Partner of WEF, Deloitte actively participated in the Special Meeting in Riyadh. From speaking opportunities for our delegation, to our project collaborations being part of the official program agenda.
Anna Marks, Chair, Deloitte Global was selected as co-chair for the Special Meeting in Riyadh. She was joined by a distinguished group of business and government leaders. In their roles as co-chairs, they championed key topics on the agenda and engaged in conversations with international stakeholders.
