Here’s how you’re onboarded…

Congratulations! You’ve received your offer and are ready for next steps:

Our talent team will reach out to complete background & reference checks, as well as Obtain documentation for your work permit if applicable.

Once you are within 3 months of your start date, our team will apply for your work permit for you and let you know the results, typically within about 4-6weeks.

In the meantime,an ambassador from your team will reach out to you to help with answering any questions about the office, or if you're moving to island what to do once you get here.

We'll provide flights for you and any dependents plus a relocation allowance and Interest-free loan to help with those extra expenses.

Once you arrive,your Ambassador will pick you up from the airport,show you arround the island,and take you to your firm-provided accommodations
