Wayne Green is a Consulting partner with Deloitte Cayman Islands, and the Technology Sector Leader for the Caribbean and Bermuda region. He has over 23 years of experience in Information Technology (“IT”) and 18 years at Deloitte, specializing in managed services, cyber and IT. With a diverse skillset, Wayne serves clients across the Americas, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe, and spanning multiple sectors including financial services, government and public services. Wayne is an experienced database administrator and applications consultant, and has extensive expertise in Cyber Security Assessments and Incident Response, International Organization for Standardization (“ISO”) 27001 implementation including security and privacy controls, Enterprise-wide technologies such as Managed Wide Area Network (“WAN”), Metropolitan (“MAN”), Local Area Network (“LAN”) and unified communication and telecommunication solutions in production networks. Wayne previously served as the Chief Information Officer for Deloitte in the Caribbean and Bermuda region. He has also contributed to several Deloitte Americas committees and forums driving technology solutions for over 50,000 Deloitte practitioners.

Alexandra is a Consulting Director at he Deloitte Cayman Islands, leveraging 20 years of technology experience and 15 years of Deloitte advisory and consulting expertise to support clients across various industries in addressing their cyber and strategic risks. Alexandra is passionate about empowering organisations to establish proper governance, improve efficiency, stay secure, and protect their data and assets in the digital era. She has successfully led and delivered complex, high-impact projects in areas such as cybersecurity strategy and governance, cyber incident response, data protection, system implementation, data analytics, and crisis management. Alexandra has a Ph.D. in Information Assurance and Security and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She also obtained a Quantum Computing Fundamentals certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Digital Security and Human Rights certificate from Amnesty International. Alexandra’s commitment to driving Gender equity has led her to spearhead Deloitte’s Women in Cyber programme for the Caribbean and Bermuda region.
