Robert leads the US Media & Entertainment industry for Deloitte Digital. As a principal with more than 30 years of experience he has worked with a variety of Media & Entertainment corporations including broadcasters, newspaper and magazine publishers, information providers, cable distributors and networks, content providers, filmed entertainment, television, telecommunication, ISPs, and radio. He has an extensive portfolio of working with CXOs delivering programs focused on digital technology strategy, customer and digital cloud transformation, sales operating models, business intelligence and analytics, ERP, and organizational design. Robert holds a MBA in Finance from American University, a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Computer Science and Economics from the College of William and Mary, and a Masters Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Villanova University.

He is a seasoned technology leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding business transformation across the restaurant, hospitality, technology and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. With expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and guest-facing technology, Mike has launched enterprise strategic growth initiatives at Google, Darden Restaurants, Diageo, DineEquity, Universal Studios, and others.
Royston is a partner in the Technology practice, focusing on media and telecommunications. He has undertaken a wide range of assignments, specializing in the custom development of technology solutions to address business issues. He has worked across web and mobile, and across the content creation and distribution process for B2B and B2C, and works across all aspects of digital from strategy and operating model through to technology delivery.
Amiya is the Global Core Business Operations Leader for Deloitte Consulting, and also leads client service delivery for Core Business Operations globally. With over 23 year of experience in Deloitte, Amiya has held multiple client and practice leadership roles at the regional and global level. Amiya has successfully delivered large legacy modernization programs through agile delivery in Digital, Cloud and Legacy across LHSC, FSI and GPS industries. As the offshore practice leader of Core Business Operations portfolio, Amiya has over 8 years, hyper scaled the practice, incubated new capabilities and exceeded practice metrics. Amiya holds a Masters in Computer Applications from Pune University (India) and an MBA from University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen (Germany).
