Deloitte expands Global Legal Entity Management practice with the launch of services in the Cayman Islands

Deloitte Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited responds to clients’ growing needs for comprehensive, integrated compliance services across multiple jurisdictions

Deloitte announced today the expansion of its global Legal Entity Management (LEM) practice with the launch of business process solutions in the Cayman Islands; delivered through Deloitte Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited—a newly licensed entity under the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). This decision emphasizes the jurisdiction’s leadership within the global financial services landscape, and reflects Deloitte’s commitment to growth and seamless delivery on the evolving needs of global investment management clients.

The new LEM portfolio includes:

  • Entity Formation and Dissolution/Liquidation
  • Registered Office and Corporate Secretarial Services
  • FATCA/CRS Reporting
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Statement Preparation
  • Economic Substance and Global Tax Transparency

Excluded from the portfolio are Legal services, Directorships, AML Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer roles.
