Tomek has been the CEO for Deloitte Central Europe since June 2024. He has spent over 20 years at Deloitte, having held positions such as managing partner for the Deloitte Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine cluster, and serving as the Deloitte Central Europe leader of key clients and industry programs. Before assuming these duties, he was responsible for the strategy and operations of the consulting practice in Deloitte Poland and for building and developing Deloitte’s tax teams in Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów, and Ostrava. He also initiated the Deloitte Poland Foundation.
Tomek is married and has two daughters. He is a cycling, traveling, and theatre arts enthusiast.
