Natasha Rusheinski

Natasha Ruscheinski is the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda Countries. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of SAICA with over 16 years of Deloitte experience.

Natasha began in audit and later transitioned to project management, leading the integration of six regional offices. She became CFO in 2019 and COO in 2023, with a focus on operational excellence and regional collaboration.
