Marthinus Dreyer has over seven years post-qualification litigation, arbitration, negotiation and risk mitigation experience, specializing in distress entity restructuring, winding up/insolvency proceedings, commercial crime (fraud and theft) investigations and asset/debt
recovery throughout Southern Africa.
Marthinus is admitted as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association of Bermuda, INSOL International, TMA International and currently pursuing an LLM in International Business Law through City University of London.
