John White leads the Discovery & Data Management service line for Deloitte’s Caribbean and Bermuda Countries (CBC) firm, with over 17 years of investigative experience across criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. He advises clients on data governance, cross-border disclosure, and the use of legal technology, including AI and analytics, to reduce cost and risk in complex disputes and investigations.
John’s team provides end-to-end services across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including digital forensics, defensible data collection, processing, hosting, advanced analytics, review, and production. He is responsible for workflow development, stakeholder communication, expert testimony, and quality assurance across forensic and eDiscovery engagements.
Before joining Deloitte in 2011, John worked for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, providing crime scene and laboratory services, and completed a Master of Science in Digital Forensics.
As a partner in Deloitte’s global Discovery network, John helps clients achieve defensible, efficient outcomes across litigation, regulatory response, and proactive risk management in the Caribbean and beyond.
