Jen Skinner serves as a Partner and the regional Human Resources/Talent Leader for Deloitte across the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries. She is also a recognized subject matter expert within the Human Capital Consulting practice. With over 20 years of global experience in human resources across the Cayman Islands and Canada, Jen brings comprehensive knowledge, leadership expertise, and a profound passion for HR to both our people and clients.
Jen holds distinguished credentials as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a Certified Return on Investment Professional (CRP). Her expertise spans several areas including strategic HR, talent experience transformation, organizational structure and culture, change management, talent acquisition and onboarding, succession planning, professional development, learning design and delivery, diversity, equity, and inclusion, performance management with a focus on coaching and strengths, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and HR-related systems.
In her extensive career, Jen has adeptly delivered on numerous Human Capital Consulting and strategic talent management projects for organizations in the Cayman Islands across a broad scope of work, including attraction and retention, organizational design, job evaluation, market pricing and salary structure development, performance management, process improvements and reviews, and leadership training.
Jen is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP) and 100 Women in Finance. She is also affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has previously served as the SHRM Forum Leader for the Cayman Islands. In 2019, she was appointed to the Cayman Islands Civil Service Appeals Commission.
