Harry Datwani is Deloitte’s Global Salesforce Chief Commercial Officer, leading the strategic growth and innovation of Deloitte’s Salesforce business worldwide. He oversees global strategy, market positioning, and performance, driving transformative solutions and expanding the alliance’s impact across industries and regions.

A champion of agentic AI in the front office, Harry empowers teams globally to deliver enhanced efficiency, personalization, and measurable client value through advanced digital solutions. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in customer and growth strategy with deep experience in the Sales domain and has helped Fortune 500 companies across industries achieve profitable growth and differentiated experiences for their sellers, partners, and customers. He is dedicated to leveraging technology for growth and value creation and has spent the last 12 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Previously, Harry led Deloitte Digital’s U.S. Salesforce team, focusing on commercial excellence, talent development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to solve complex client challenges. He is a frequent contributor to Adweek, The Wall Street Journal, and other business publications, sharing insights on digital transformation and sales effectiveness.

Harry holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  He actively supports diversity and inclusion initiatives within the technology sector and is passionate about mentoring the ecosystem’s next wave of leaders.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, experimenting with new recipes, and curating playlists as a lifelong music enthusiast.
