Eric Wehrwein is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte Bermuda, and has over 18 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. He specializes in audit and advisory engagements within the (re)insurance industry. He has extensive expertise in both P&C and Life business, as well as ILS and fund structures, with experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting.
Eric also served as a senior manager at Aviva plc., where he led implementation projects for IFRS 10 & 12 and revised IAS 32. He has worked on multiple IFRS 17 implementation projects and has coordinated SEC registration statements.
