Corinne is a Director in Deloitte's Cayman Islands office with over 20 years of experience in financial services and restructuring engagements. She specializes in solvent liquidations and end-of-life wind-down of offshore investment fund structures. Corinne is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with extensive experience acting as a voluntary liquidator, having overseen the dissolution of a significant number of Cayman Islands and BVI entities, including companies, limited partnerships and other structured vehicles.
Corinne works closely with investment managers, general partners and other stakeholders throughout the wind-down process, including regulatory deregistration and ongoing compliance matters. Her experience helps our clients achieve efficient and orderly outcomes while meeting their business and regulatory obligations.
