Andy DeGregorio is a Tax partner with Deloitte Bermuda and leads the Bermuda, BVI, and USVI tax practices. He is a licensed CPA with U.S. and Bermuda tax experience advising corporate and partnership clients. He has supported clients across financial services sectors including insurance, reinsurance, private equity, banking, and hedge funds.
His expertise spans income tax accounting, U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, OECD BEPS initiatives, Bermuda CIT, mergers and acquisitions structuring, tax controversies assistance, and FATCA/CRS advisory services.
