Trevear has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience where he serves as an executive advisor to senior client executive teams and boards of directors for some of our largest accounts.  He is currently the Deloitte US Strategic Growth Offerings (SGO) leader, where he works across businesses to enable the go-to-market, investment and integration of our SGO (AI, Sustainability, M&A, Finance Transformation) and Operate services.  Moreover, he sits on the Deloitte US Management Committee that drives the US Firm’s key decisions.

Trevear is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), to which he brings his knowledge of and experience with the latest emerging governance issues and trends impacting M&A, financial performance, disrupting business models, and the changing competitive landscape. He has also shared his deep expertise and knowledge in various publications and speaking opportunities at industry conferences throughout his career.

Trevear previously served as a member of the Deloitte US Board of Directors where he provided oversight of the US Firm and sat on the Finance and Audit Committee.  He also served as the Deloitte US National Managing Principal for Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring Services, where he set the firm’s view on the national strategy and execution for the business.

Trevear earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a BS in computer science from Clark Atlanta University.
