Scott is a Deloitte UK Partner, who focuses on Core Business Transformation through major programs. He specializes in shaping value-based deals in partnership with his clients to deliver their most challenging business outcomes.  Over the last 30 years Scott has held leadership positions within Industry and Professional Services across EMEA. His career started in Banking, where he developed his experience in business-led technology transformation through 10 years of significant market change, with disruptive technology and multiple mergers and acquisitions.  He joined IBM Business Consulting in 2000 where he further developed his commercial and professional services skills across EMEA Financial Services.  Scott joined Deloitte in 2005, championing major pursuits and business-led transformation by employing the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities.

After 15 years in Deloitte Financial Services, Scott moved from Global FSI Technology Leader to the UK Government & Public Services Executive to shape and drive the strategic capability. He leads UK Cloud Transformation and UK & NSE Engineering. Key to this ambition is to integrate Deloitte’s capabilities across EMEA, using Deloitte’s Global Delivery Network, and to focus on fewer, more iconic deals. Scott enjoys an uncomplicated life outside of work, living in a rural part of the UK where he and his family are very much part of the local community. He has been married to Susan for 25 years and they have two grown up children. They enjoy outdoor pursuits, and practice and own a Yoga studio.
