Marco has professional experience in structuring and implementing outsourcing services for companies of various areas, industries and sizes. His role also includes coordination and direction of the areas of Controllership, Tax Compliance, Finance and Technology in multinational companies as well as performing consulting services to improve the efficiency of the processes linked to back office in an end-to-end perspective.
