In the wake of preparing for the operationalisation of new packaging legislation, UCB and Deloitte put their heads together and through merging the collective strengths of our teams in tax, supply chain, strategy & analytics, and SAP, we organised a half-day “Humble & Proud” session. Using Deloitte’s new Nzyme methodology, which amalgamates deep industry knowledge with the right interpersonal dynamics, the teams shared insights on packaging fees and plastic taxes. Our team brainstormed with the 15 UCB participants on how to best set up the company for success.
The interactive nature of the Nzyme methodology generated a high energy workshop with a great co-creation dynamic around sustainability and the circular economy. The passion from the Deloitte and UCB team combined with strong facilitation helped the teams to get a full view on the challenges in different departments and to envisage transversal solutions.
