Real-life use case:
You are a company active in the EU and would like to find out how AMLD6 will impact your workings, which are already compliant with AMLD4 and AMLD5. You select AMLD6 and indicate you would like to compare it to AMLD4 and AMLD5. The tool will generate an overview of the main differences between the two sets of documents.

Description:

Extract all relevant requirements out of a regulatory document.

The requirement extraction use case enables you to obtain overview of the regulatory requirements impacting your organization. The AI assistant extracts all requirements from a selected regulation. Alternatively, the user may define a topic, such that the assistant only extracts requirements relevant to this topic. The result is a comprehensive list of requirements. 

Moreover, the tool allows the user to define categories to sort the requirements into. This allows the user to get a better understanding of what areas are impacted by a certain (set of) regulation(s). 

Real-life use case: 

The user is able to select several related legislations, such as the EU Deforestation Regulation, EU Batteries Regulation, and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. Next, the tool extracts the requirements and categorizes them. We have done an additional (automated) step, checking for duplicates and contradictions. No contradictions were found and very few duplicates were found. The requirements labelled “compatible” are similar enough to be merged into one simplified requirement. The requirements labelled “non-compatible” were found to be similar but not similar enough to merge.
