A new ERP system in three months
Strengthening the financial backbone of IPM Group
In October 2020, IPM contacted us to support them in implementing their new financial platform on SAP S/4HANA Cloud®. By January 2021 it had been successfully rolled out to two of the 22 companies in the group, with more to follow, ensuring that they will only be using one finance system going forward.
IPM had recently acquired the L’Avenir group and the carve-out had to happen in three months. With the COVID-19 restrictions in place, we not only faced a tight timeline but also had to organise our SAP training workshops virtually. Thanks to our close collaboration with IPM, we were able to meet the deadline.
Making an impact with IPM
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud® system will enhance the financial backbone of IPM. It will allow the group to improve its business processes and efficiency, keep costs under control, reduce the time spent on the month-end closing, and make it easier to generate financial reports.
We will support IPM to broaden the functional scope of the platform to other business processes, such as buying or consolidation, and look into implementing new functionalities, as well as automating certain processes.
