What inspires you in your everyday job?

I enjoy getting to work every day knowing that I can help drive forward digital transformation program at my clients. Whether it is by bringing my expertise to the table, designing the best-suited solution, coaching and growing our diverse team, bringing in the right SMEs to address specific (business or technical) questions, following-up and driving towards project progress and goals, …

What do you like about the private market? 

The main thing that I like about the private market is the big impact we have on client projects. We can really guide a customer on a project from start to end, collaborating closely with key decision-makers using a pragmatic, warm and personal approach. Seeing them eventually grow over the years thanks to the impact we made together is very fulfilling and amazing to see.

What are you most proud of in your career so far?

The amount of knowledge sharing that I was already able to do internally/at client projects despite my relatively young career, from presentations for smaller audiences to all of my internal technical and functional colleagues within the Customer & Marketing branch of Deloitte.

How does Integration & Automation help companies?

In today’s world a high level of speed, scale, and productivity is needed for business transformation. Integration and automation are key components when it comes to connecting the front- with the back-office and everything that is connected around these core-systems. With integration and automation problems can be easily solved within each department increasing employee efficiency, creating more value and driving innovation. It is sometimes a quite simple but very powerful tool.

Why did you choose to work for the Private Market?

Because of the way we can help our clients navigate their ERP adventure. It's wonderful to see the impact we have on their way of working. In the private market, you can make a lot of positive changes in a short timeframe, while interacting and collaborating with some amazing people, both in our team and on the client side.

Can you describe the Digital Mix culture?

Our culture is one that cultivates team spirit and excellence. You're always learning from each other due to the large variety of topics we tackle at our different clients. Everyone is willing to give in-depth explanations on any questions you might have, because we all want to see each other succeed on our projects.

How would you explain the impact we make?

We help our clients tackle issues in their day-to-day operations. We smooth out their internal processes by leveraging our best-in-class ERP and CRM knowledge. We don't just implement software, we workshop and brainstorm together with key stakeholders to gain understanding on how we can deliver the most value and make the biggest impact for the client and its customers.
