Tom has over 20 years of experience in finance. He began his career in audit, but as he progressed in his profession, he obtained valuable operations and business expertise. He helped organizations with both strategic transformation and operational execution in finance (e.g., finance organization, budgeting & forecasting, last mile of finance) through a hands-on approach. Besides serving clients, he has a focus on helping young finance professionals to grow and excel. Tom serves as the Global RA Controllership, Accounting & Reporting leader.
Steven holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Fiscal matters. He followed a Deloitte Leadership programme at Henley Business School. He is responsible for the development of the BPS services in the northern part of Belgium and on a national level for the offerings in Controlling services and Credit Management. His main industry background and expertise is in Energy, Resources, and industrial products with a strong focus on process manufacturing in the Chemical industry. For the last three years, he is also responsible for the development of TMT Industry within Accountancy.
