2024 Deloitte Human Capital Trends Masterclass

Thriving beyond boundaries: Human performance in a boundaryless world

The shifting work realities of a boundaryless world—a concept we introduced last year—continue to accelerate. Our 2024 Human Capital Trends survey shows that organisations are struggling to make real progress in addressing these changes.

We invite you to attend our ninth annual Deloitte Human Capital Masterclass at KMDA in Antwerp on Monday 22 April to discover how to help your organisation and your people thrive in a boundaryless world.

Our eminent keynote speaker, Leen Gorissen, Ph.D. in Biology, will inspire us with her insights into bio-inspired innovation and regenerative design. Leen will elaborate on natural intelligence (NI) that stood the test of time, and give perspective on how NI can help companies to fast-track innovation, develop new capabilities, and build an agile, creative, resilient, healthy and responsible organisation of the future. We’ll also have the pleasure of welcoming Peter Adams and Isabel Carrion, CEO and CHRO at ING Belgium, who will join the panel discussion, shedding more light on shifting work realities.

Furthermore, the breakout sessions will give you the opportunity to dive into the trends of our 2024 Human Capital Trends survey and explore tangible ways to help your organisation thrive in the face of constant change together with your peers and subject-matter experts.

There will be several moments throughout the event during which you can exchange ideas with the other participants, including the networking reception that concludes this insightful day.
