Once you have submitted your application, you can expect feedback from one of our recruiters in the following days.
In this first call motivation will be asked, preferences discussed and languages checked. Find yourself a quiet spot so you can fully focus without any distractions. Generally the call takes only up to 15 minutes. Depending on your application, you will be redirected to the Business Case Day or our Connect & Chat networking opportunity that takes place every two weeks.
You will be divided in small groups to solve a general business case and present your solutions to a client. We end the business case with a networking lunch where you can connect with Deloitters based on your team preference. As we focus on soft skills the best preparation is being the true version of yourself! Important to know is that the business case will be fully in English.
For some open positions you will do an individual case study after the Business Case. Your recruiter will inform you on this process and how to prepare if this occurs in the Business Unit you applied for.
You will be invited for 3 interviews: one with the recruiter planned on day 1. When positive, two interviews will be planned with the business on another day. The interview process may vary depending on the team you applied for.
* Flexibility assured on physical or virtual interviews.
When the interviews were successful, you will be contacted by the recruiter to discuss the offer. Once you accept the offer, you will receive your contract via ‘Docusign’ and a log-in for our onboarding app to prepare yourself for your start.
