Where do you fit?  

  • Facility
    As a facility officer, you’ll manage the services and physical infrastructure of the offices. You’ll oversee building maintenance and repairs, coordinate office moves, and modify projects and support services such as reception, mailroom, cleaning, and catering.  
  • Hospitality  
    Take on the tasks of a hospitality officer and you’ll play a key role in providing a positive experience for our guests and clients while also ensuring that the business runs efficiently.  
  • Mobility 
    If you’re passionate about mobility and want to support our employees in finding the right solutions for them, keeping in mind our overall mobility strategy, then being a mobility officer is the right role for you.

Where do you fit?  

Marketing & Communications is responsible for strategic marketing planning, ensuring that all communication and marketing activities are in line with Deloitte’s strategic growth and development objectives, with an emphasis on the eminence plan, employer branding, internal engagement, and go-to-market initiatives.   

We operate as an internal communications agency, planning and directly overseeing all marketing and communication campaigns relating to firm branding, advertising, key sponsorships and strategic partnership initiatives, public relations and corporate hospitality, and event management. We also manage and execute the firm’s internal and external digital strategy. Our expertise covers online publishing, marketing and advertising techniques, and CRM strategy.  

As a marketing and communications specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing our communications activity on several different fronts through a variety of channels including our website, social media, and events.  

You can choose to be an employer branding specialist, creating strategies to attract, engage and retain top talent by promoting Deloitte’s culture and values, or an event officer/coordinator who plans, organises, and executes events.
