Vincent brings deep knowledge in Digital and Customer Transformation ranging from strategy to technology realization and change enablement and is leading Deloitte Digital in Belgium. His focus is on the TMT industry where he served clients in Telco, Media and (Med)Tech and is also active in the Automotive and Energy sectors. Throughout his 25+ years consulting experience he is able to make the link between the business strategy and operational value realization. He has shaped and delivered small strategic projects as well as large scale business transformations from the Imagine into Operate stage. He holds a master in Engineering from the Ghent University.
