Toon is a Partner within Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services. He has c. 20 years of experience in M&A and has provided advice on over 200 transactions, encompassing vendor and acquisition due diligence projects, carve-outs, and project management in both Belgian and international contexts.
His market focus is on investors and investor-backed companies, and he serves as the Deloitte Private Equity Leader, a part of Deloitte's holistic Investor Platform. Additionally, Toon leads the Digital Strategy for the Financial Advisory business in Belgium.
