As the head of Deloitte’s Reward practice in Belgium, he focuses on shaping Total Reward strategies, job architecture & grading, optimising salary packages, employee benefits, flexible reward plans, and corporate mobility programs for Belgian, European, and international enterprises. He oversees a team encompassing skills ranging the full reward spectrum from strategy over design to implementation.
As one of Deloitte's European pay equity services leaders, Timothy oversees the delivery of multiple projects per year and closely follows changes in the regulatory landscape as well as broader reward market trends across industries.
Timothy was also at the heart of the development of Deloitte's My Benefits, My Choice technology and advisory services. He has also developed substantial experience in occupational pension schemes and holds a central role in both Deloitte’s Future of Mobility advisory group.
