Philippe has 25 years of experience in corporate tax, international tax and transfer pricing within the Federal Public Service Finance (Belgian Tax Administration). He notably participated in the creation of the Transfer Pricing Audit Team in 2004 and was then appointed member of the board of the Belgian Ruling Commission from 2010 to 2015. Philippe also represented Belgium at the European Commission and at the OECD for Tax discussion (e.g. the modified Nexus approach in the context of the new Innovation Income Deduction – BEPS action plan n°5). Philippe has also 5 years of experience as Tax Partner in the tax consulting sector and is managing a lot of Tax projects such as transfer pricing audits, rulings, innovation (or patent) income deduction and transfer pricing documentation issues, and many other tax topics.
