Nele Verbieren

Nele Verbieren is a partner in the Belgian M&A Transaction Services team. She has 15 years of experience in professional services and 11 years in transaction support of which 2.5 years at Deloitte Sydney’s transaction services practice. Nele has worked on various M&A projects, delivering financial due diligence in relation to buy and sell side transactions for both corporates and private equity funds with a focus on complex carve-out transactions.
