Luc Chalsège

Luc Chalsège, Senior Director at Deloitte Consulting has more than 30 years of professional experience. Luc’s competencies are mainly linked to strategy development, policy and evaluation of public policies, impact assessment, optimisation of organisation and processes, scorecards and public management in general.

He has managed numerous policy, evaluation and impact assessment studies for the European Commission and has relevant experience with managing large-scale EU projects. He has developed the Policy services within Deloitte Consulting and collaborates to the development of the policy and evaluation practice within the firm.

Luc has among other projects managed several projects for DG EMPL, DG CONNECT, DG GROW, DG TAXUD, DG RTD, DG AGRI, DG COMM, DG ENERGY, DG TRADE, DG JUST, DG HOME, FPI, DG MOVE, EASME.

Luc has also been trained as a professional coach, and is currently preparing his certification.

Before Deloitte, he worked as key account and brand manager for a multinational active in the fast moving consumer goods industry and afterwards for a SME active in the field of communication (public and private sectors). He created then his own consulting SME, offering services and solutions to strategy, policy design, organisation and communication challenges for SMEs and Public Sector stakeholders.

Luc speaks French, English, Dutch and has a basic knowledge of Italian.

Luc is passionate about acting and has therefore developed strong competences in public speaking.
