Katie is a Director who brings over twenty years of experience in the field of international assignment management and compensation. She has worked as the Global Engagement Lead for several key clients globally supporting clients who have chosen to outsource all or part of their global mobility programme to Deloitte.
She has a specialized experience with full end-to-end payroll solutions for mobile populations, global mobility transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations and extensive policy benchmarking projects.
Since 2018, Katie has been part of the NSE leadership team delivering projects tied to our collaboration with Equus Software, implementing AssignmentPro (APro) technology for clients to manage their global mobility programs.
