Karel Pinxten is a Partner in the Financial Advisory practice at Deloitte Belgium and leads the Corporate Finance Advisory team.
Karel started working at Deloitte in October 2020. Before joining Deloitte, Karel worked for eleven years in the Corporate Finance departments of Umicore, KBC Securities, and PwC in both Brussels and Sydney.
His core competence is assisting corporate clients, family-owned companies, and private equity investors in all matters related to the sale, merger, or acquisition of companies.
