Heike Ramaut is a director in the legal M&A department of Deloitte Private, based in Office West (Belgium). Within the legal M&A team she focusses on all different legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiations, drafting of binding and non-binding offer letters, share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements, as well as ancillary documents. Next to our legal M&A services, Heike also advices investors, founders and entrepreneurs, in respect of all kinds of funding and investment transactions regarding all types of start-up and scale-up companies.
