Glenn is a Senior Manager in the Technology Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Belgium. He focuses on helping organisations set up, implement and run IT Project, Program, and Portfolio Management processes and governance. Where programs and portfolios are in crisis, he assists in getting them back on track.
He also leads the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medtech, hospitals, etc.) as well as the Consumer industry (retail, consumer goods, automotive, and travel & hospitality) for two teams.
In addition, Glenn takes up the role of Chief of Staff for two teams, making him responsible for overseeing and coordinating their internal working (project staffing, financials, onboarding & offboarding, communications, events, training & certification, eminence, etc.).
