Fred is a Managing Director with Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Higher Education practice. Fred has more than 35 years of experience across many industries including Financial Services, Public Sector, Legal and higher education. Fred’s Workday focus over the last 12 years is in higher education on large multi-unit institutions moving to modern cloud-based technologies.
This has included Yale University, Texas A&M University System and University of Arkansas System. Fred has brought a level of advisory experience in higher education to McGill University, Minnesota State (System), University of Chicago, Washington University (St Louis) and Loyola Marymount to name a few.
Fred’s ability to guide projects to success uses a combination of strong visible leadership, bringing client leaders into alignment on project goals, adherence to a strong governance plan, transparency, and knowledge transfer for ongoing sustainment. He is certified in Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and Workday Engagement Management.
