Debbie Vanhoof

In her role as senior manager within the HR Outsourcing department, Debbie is responsible for the set-up, roll out and the day to day management of the service line “Talent Acquisition as a Service”. Debbie has an industry focus in the public service industry, and in her daily project management activities she covers a wide range of clients from all sectors. She is an expert in HR management, and coaches senior consultants in their development journey.

Today, in her role of “Talent Acquisition as a Service” lead (that provides flexible outsourcing solutions in talent acquisition), her role is to find the right solutions for our clients by offering Talent Acquisition advice and providing flexible operational Talent Acquisition solutions. This by building and leading a strong operational outsourcing team experienced in Talent Acquisition.

Thanks to her broad experience in HR, Debbie has a good understanding of different HR aspects, from an internal and external point of view. This combined with a deep understanding in how to attract talent in an organisation, she delivers an excellent client experience.
