With the ambition to unlock further growth, Agristo is working with Deloitte to define a consolidated go-to-market strategy providing commercial teams with knowledge and guidance on prioritized business opportunities.

In parallel, leveraging the go-to-market outcomes, Agristo kicked-off their Customer Interaction Program focused on installing more pro-active customer interactions by building connected and empowered customer teams.

Agristo selected Salesforce as a technology to support the program with Deloitte as implementation partner. The program was kicked-off in September 2022 and has a defined roadmap for the coming 2-3 years.
