The Problem Architect

17, 18 November 2026

Overview

In high-velocity business environments, the costliest operational leak is reactive firefighting. When faced with a complex crisis, cross-functional bottleneck, or performance drop, teams frequently rush to fix the immediate symptoms rather than diagnosing the underlying cause. This superficial approach creates a loop of reoccurring issues and technical debt. To achieve long-term operational resilience, organizations must treat problem-solving not as an ad-hoc emergency response, but as a structured, human-centered discipline. They must engage in Design-Led Problem Solving. The Problem Architect is an intensive 2-day corporate masterclass engineered for professionals, department heads, and project leads across all business functions. This laboratory strips away abstract theory to equip teams with a repeatable, diagnostic framework to dissect ambiguous challenges, uncover hidden behavioral and systemic drivers, rapidly prototype interventions, and structurally de-risk resolutions before deploying them at scale.
