Tim is an experienced Tax Partner, who advises public companies and large private corporate groups, including foreign owned entities. He predominantly services companies in the manufacturing, healthcare, infrastructure and agricultural sectors. He advises on complex direct and indirect tax matters together with representing his clients’ interests at the Australian Taxation Office. His work has also extended to advising government business enterprises, State government departments and State Owned Companies. In addition he has been involved in advising on taxation issues arising from business and corporate acquisitions and disposals, including tax due diligence. Tim has also advised extensively on the Goods and Services Tax.
