Our call takers are specialists in handling whistleblower calls in an empathetic manner and provide a skilled ear to your Reporters’ concerns, including any fear of reprisals or retaliation from which they need protection, while also seeking to obtain as much actionable information as possible.
We support multiple reporting channels in addition to phone, including website (available via URL and QR code), email and post. We sit between your organisation and your Reporters, allowing two-way communication, without compromising the Reporters’ anonymity. Utilising the Conduct Watch platform, our team can tailor a front-end website to your specifications, where reports can be made and consolidated for easy management and viewing by your organisation.

We can receive reports from Employees, Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors, Family Members of the aforementioned groups, and additional groups based on your needs.
All disclosures including bullying, conflict of interest, bribery, fraud, corruption, abuse, harassment, improper conduct, theft, sexual harassment and other forms of unethical behaviour can be made to the service via confidential reporting channels.

01: Disclosure – Whistleblowers report incident(s), either anonymously or by name, via a range of reporting channels, including web, phone, email, or post.
02: Triage – A forensic Whistleblower Service specialist documents the confidential disclosure and prepares a report that clearly outlines the issues and can be used as the basis of a comprehensive investigation plan. Special care is taken to carefully review information and maintain the anonymity of the Reporters, where required. This ensures the information passed onto our Clients is compliant with relevant regulations and internal processes. Where necessary, matters may be escalated as per organisation requirements.
03: Assessment – Client authorised users are provided with access to Conduct Watch, a structured case management tool, allowing them to review, assess, and manage disclosures, including providing feedback to Whistleblowers during the review/investigation.
04: Resolution – Client takes any follow-up actions, providing confidential final feedback to the whistleblower. Client documents the outcome as case is closed.
