Malvin Prasad has over 17 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to a wide range of financial services clients in Australia. In particular Malvin has experience working in the banking and securities industry and keen interest in the Fintech sector. Malvin has strong experience in advising client in enhancing their internal controls over financial and regulatory reporting drawn from experience working with global and major banks in Australia. Malvin is passionate about internal controls and helping clients in lifting their internal control environment.

Malvin also has extensive experience in internal controls audit, US GAAP and SOX audits, preparation of financial reports, IFRS transition projects and various technical accounting advisory services. Malvin has a thorough understanding of the International Auditing Standards and takes a hands-on approach on his audit engagements.

Andrew has extensive experience as a tax advisor working in Australia, the United Kingdom, Uganda, Tanzania and presently leads Deloitte tax services for Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste. He has advised clients across all taxes, including international tax, employment, corporate and withholding taxes, as well as indirect taxes such as GST, customs and stamp duties. In particular, Andrew has extensive experience on the taxation of inbound investments, corporate restructures, and in the government business and energy and resources sectors.
