Malvin Prasad has over 17 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to a wide range of financial services clients in Australia. In particular Malvin has experience working in the banking and securities industry and keen interest in the Fintech sector. Malvin has strong experience in advising client in enhancing their internal controls over financial and regulatory reporting drawn from experience working with global and major banks in Australia. Malvin is passionate about internal controls and helping clients in lifting their internal control environment.

Malvin also has extensive experience in internal controls audit, US GAAP and SOX audits, preparation of financial reports, IFRS transition projects and various technical accounting advisory services. Malvin has a thorough understanding of the International Auditing Standards and takes a hands-on approach on his audit engagements.

Gaurav is a Partner who leads Deloitte’s Tax and Government Incentives practice in the NT. Gaurav has been working with Deloitte since 2009. He also has prior experience working with a top-tier law firm in Perth.

Gaurav specialises in providing tax and government incentives advisory services to a wide range of private and public sector clients. Gaurav has vast experience providing tailored advice to clients in the construction and property development, infrastructure, energy and resources, agricultural, and tourism sectors.

Gaurav’s areas of expertise includes Government grants and incentives, R&D Tax Incentive, Fuel Tax Credits. Gaurav also has deep expertise in Corporate tax, GST, FBT, Stamp duty, and Timor-Leste taxation.
