The Academy is a unique industry-aligned student experience program co-designed by Deloitte and the University of Adelaide, providing students with work-integrated learning opportunities and differentiated skills. It gives participants an additional advantage in being job-ready upon completing their course and a pathway into impactful careers.
Students will become part of a supportive cohort that learns from one another and industry leaders throughout their Academy journey.
With formal and informal Academy experiences, students will build and strengthen relationships with the Deloitte network, providing valuable insights into the Deloitte culture and the opportunities available.
Incorporated as part of an existing undergraduate degree in Arts, Business, Law, Economics, Sciences, Engineering and Technology, this newly created academy experience includes:
In addition to your undergraduate degree, you will participate in a recognised postgraduate Professional Certificate in Advisory Services comprising 2 tailored courses to be completed in summer/ winter school. This additional accreditation will give you an edge when starting your career.

Our application process consists of three stages - a brief online application for you to provide your resume, an interactive assessment and an interview.
We seek individuals who demonstrate authentic communication, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and adaptability in the face of challenges.

The online assessment is an immersive, client-focussed set of virtual activities that are intended to give you a taste of what it may be like to work with us, along with helping us learn more about you.
Following the assessment, you'll receive a bespoke feedback report about your individual strengths and abilities. This isn't the outcome of your assessment, but it will provide valuable advice on developing your skills and making the most of your potential.

You'll receive a call or email from our team advising if you're successful in progressing to our digital interview stage. Using our video interviewing platform, you'll be able to self-record your responses to a small number of questions from the comfort of your home and at a time that suits you.
