About the Program

Me at Deloitte is designed for students graduating in 2028 who want to explore what's possible before they graduate. You'll discover the variety of career paths available at Deloitte, connect with our people, and gain practical insights into how your studies, strengths and interests could shape your future career.

Through engaging learning experiences and hands-on opportunities, you'll build your confidence, expand your network and start thinking about where you'd like your career to go. 

Whether you're certain about your next step or still exploring your options, Me at Deloitte will help you better understand where you fit and what's possible.

Explore where you fit

Discover the breadth of opportunities at Deloitte and gain insight into the work we do across different teams and industries. Through interactive experiences and face-to-face workshops at our offices, you'll explore real business challenges and begin to uncover where your interests and strengths could take you.

Learn from our people

Connect with Deloitte professionals and hear firsthand about their career journeys. You'll gain practical insights into topics such as commercial awareness, networking, presentations and recruitment processes, helping you build confidence as you prepare for your next steps.

Build skills, connections and confidence

Along the way, you'll develop valuable skills, expand your network and connect with other students exploring their future careers. You'll leave with a better understanding of the opportunities available to you and greater confidence in the path ahead.

Program eligibility


To be eligible for the program:

  • You will be expecting to graduate mid-to-end of 2028.
  • Be available to attend the program on the 21 September 2026. 


Our program is open to permanent residents or citizens of Australia and New Zealand

Data has the power to answer big questions, uncover opportunities and drive better decisions.

In Data & Analytics, you'll work with information from a variety of sources to identify patterns, solve problems and generate insights that help organisations move forward. You might build dashboards, explore trends, develop models or help clients turn complex information into clear actions.  

If you're naturally curious and enjoy combining analytical thinking with real-world impact, this could be the path for you. 

If you're interested in markets, business performance and understanding what drives growth, Finance & Economics could be a great fit.

You'll help organisations evaluate opportunities, navigate uncertainty and make strategic decisions. From analysing financial performance and economic trends to supporting transactions and business transformation, you'll work on challenges that shape the future of organisations and industries.  

If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with commercial insight, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
