About the Program


Me at Deloitte is a unique program designed for students graduating in 2028. It will help you identify how different career paths align with your studies, talents, and strengths. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in a fantastic learning experience.

During the program, you'll have the chance to connect with Deloitte team members who can share their experiences and give you insights into what it's like to work at Deloitte. We offer a unique combination of high-quality learning content and hands-on experience opportunities to help you shape your career path.

 

In the program, you’ll get to:

You will learn about Deloitte's professional services and what we do. You will participate in face-to-face workshops at our state-of-the-art offices to gain exposure to real client problems through on-the-job learning. See where your interests lead you and find your spot on the green dot.

Get insider tips directly from Deloitte professionals

Commercial awareness, networking, presentation skills, and case study/interview tips. Benefit from all the valuable skills and insights you'll need to help you navigate your early career.

Program eligibility


To be eligible for the program:

  • You will be expecting to graduate mid-to-end of 2028
  • Be available to attend the program on the 3rd of October 2026. 


Our program is open to permanent residents or citizens of Australia and New Zealand. Please remember that Australian citizenship is mandatory for consideration if you are applying to the Canberra office.
